Sibberi tree water. Review.

Have you discovered Sibberi tree water yet?

I first came across Sibberi tree water at the Just V Show a few weeks ago. I'd never heard of it before but as I'm a fan of "health waters" I'm always keen to try new ones.

Sibberi tree water comes in three different varieties

  • Birch
  • Bamboo
  • Maple

but what is tree water?

Well, it's exactly that, it's pure tree sap, tapped directly from the trees. It's naturally hydrating and low in sugars, in fact it has 4x less sugar than coconut water.

This infograph from the Sibberi website shows just how the tree sap gets from the tree into the bottle.

You may be wondering what the point of tree water is, do we need another water on the market.

In my opinion, yes, we do.

Sibberi Birch Water

Clean and lean, the birch water is high in antioxidants and has a clean, fresh, refreshing taste.

Perfectly refreshing.

Sibberi Bamboo Water

Glow, bamboo water contains zero calories and is the highest natural source of Silica – good for skin, hair and nails. The Bamboo water is my least favourite of the 3, i don't dislike it, but it does have a kind of tree flavour to it. I think it's a bit like coconut water, you'll either love it or you'll hate it.

A pick me up when I'm feeling a little lacklustre.

Sibberi Maple Water

Strength, the maple water has 2x less sugar than coconut water and only 10 calories. It is high in Manganese, with more than a cup of kale. Manganese is good for bones and muscles. It's my favourite of the three, with a delicious light maple syrupy flavour.

This one is a regular in my swimming bag.

The tree waters aren't cheap, on Ocado they are £2 each but they are very refreshing and personally I think they make a nice treat when you're feeling a little fancy. Currently they are buy one get from free on Ocado so it's the perfect time to try them.
